refresh
your
fleet.

Refurbishment-as-a-Service. Extend the life of your fleet — don’t replace it.

A service, not a stock purchase.

Send some or all of your existing laptop fleet to Greenbox. We restore every device to a new or near-new standard using our licensed refurbishment methodology, then send it back — ready to redeploy.

Replacing a fleet outright means capital outlay, lead times, and functioning hardware written off to landfill or low-grade resale. RaaS replaces that default with a service: no capital outlay, no equipment to buy, no capability to build.

We don’t take ownership of your fleet. We refurbish it to spec and send it back to you — or, if you’d prefer, help you remarket retired units through our Asset Recovery and Ecofurb channels.

Benchmarked to OEM standard

OEM — Original Equipment Manufacturer — is the company that built the device. Every device processed through RaaS is restored using the same licensed methodology and materials Greenbox uses on its own production line, benchmarked against the OEM’s own factory specification — used under licence from The Refurb Company (UK).

Four steps, your fleet refreshed.

  1. Send your fleet — Some or all of your devices, collected or shipped to our facility — no equipment or setup required on your end.
  2. Diagnose & sanitise — Full functional testing and certified data destruction on every unit, documented and ready for audit.
  3. Restore to spec — Cosmetic restoration to a new or near-new standard, applying Skins, SticKeys and Screen Savers under licence.
  4. Redeploy, ready — Every unit returned with reporting, backed by the same 3‑year materials warranty as Greenbox’s own line.

Why RaaS

0 capital outlay on equipment
0 materials warranty
0 certified data destruction on every unit
0 restoration in Australia & New Zealand

Built to remove the usual blockers.

No capital outlay

No spray booths, no specialist keyboard printers, no dedicated workshop — we run the whole process.

Consistent grading

Every device in your fleet is graded against the same documented standard, so “Grade A” means the same thing across your whole return.

Faster turnaround

Restoration happens locally in Australia and New Zealand — not shipped offshore for rework and back.

Lower carbon footprint

Restoring your existing fleet avoids the manufacturing footprint of buying new — and keeping the work local avoids offshore shipping emissions too.

Warranty-backed

The restoration materials on every unit — Skins, SticKeys and Screen Savers — carry the same 3‑year warranty Greenbox backs its own production with.

Scales with you

From a single department refresh to a full agency-wide fleet, the model doesn’t change — only the volume.

Built for fleet owners, not fleet builders.

  • Government IT & procurement teams — refresh agency laptops that are functionally fine but cosmetically tired, without a new tender.
  • Corporate IT asset managers — extend your refresh cycle and redeploy devices that would otherwise be written off.
  • Enterprise sustainability & ESG teams — meet circular procurement targets with a documented, auditable restoration process.

Two ways to buy refurbished, too.

Not every organisation has an existing fleet to send in. If you need to buy refurbished devices outright instead, Greenbox offers two distinct streams.

HP Renew

Greenbox is one of a limited number of international suppliers for HP’s own Renew Program — buy genuine HP Renew stock directly from us, backed by a full HP warranty.

Ecofurb

Ecofurb is Greenbox Group’s own refurbished marketplace — devices restored to our best-practice standard, sold direct to businesses and consumers with a 12‑month warranty.
